Sending a Message​

A welcome message is a great way to greet new members and make them feel valued. To configure welcome messages, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the option for welcome messages in the dashboard.

  2. Enter the text you want to send to new members when they join the server.

  3. Choose whether to send the message as a direct message to the new member or to a specific channel on the server.

Sending an Image​

Sending a welcome image is another way to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for new members. To configure welcome images, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the option for welcome images in the dashboard.

  2. Choose one of the three available options for sending the image:

  • With Text Message
  • Before Text Message
  • Send to a channel

Customize the welcome image using the available options:

  • Background: Choose either a transparent background or an image with customizable width and height.
  • Avatar: Choose between a square or circle avatar with customizable height, width, and coordinates.
  • Username: Choose the position, size, color, and alignment of the user's username on the welcome image.
  • Text: Enter the text you want to display on the welcome image, along with its position, size, and color.

Background images should be less than 3MB, and the supported image types are (jpg, png, and jpeg). gif are not currently supported.

  1. Turn on the option for goodbye messages in the dashboard.
  2. Enter the text you want to send to members when they leave the server.
  3. Choose the channel where you want the goodbye message to be sent.
